Emergencies
We hope you never have a problem, but if you do, we offer 24-hour emergency contact for our patients. If you have a dental emergency during office hours, please call our Fort Lauderdale dental office at 954-462-5252 and explain to Mindy or Lauren your situation and either one will schedule you an appointment as soon as possible. If it is after normal hours our phones are usually answered by Mindy. If you happen to get a voicemail message, please leave your name, number and nature of the problem and she or the doctor will get back to you as soon as possible.
Your Dental Appointment
We ask you to help us make the most of your time with us by being prompt for your appointment. As a courtesy to our patients and staff, please inform us of the need to change or cancel appointments two (2) business days prior to the time that has been reserved exclusively for you.
Financial Considerations
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, CareCredit, Springstone, Chase Advantage, cash and personal checks.
We are not a Medicare or Medicaid office. If you are looking for an office that provides this you can call the Broward County Dental Association and they will give you a list of doctors who are providers at ( 954) 772-5461
If you have dental insurance, please be aware a dental benefit is more like a coupon. It doesn’t pay for the entire product or service, it only pays a certain percentage and it has a maximum it will pay. We accept most dental PPO insurance and will be happy to explain your benefits to you once you give use your insurance information.
